Is the People's Republic of China under communism or capitalism? Q. I've heard both. I've heard that its under both. Websites and people have told me that it's communist, but I watched a video in my government class that talked about how it's Capitalist. Which is it? With all these regulations, taxes and dirty politics I would say that the US is becoming less & less of a Republic because we are slowly having our freedoms & liberties taken from us.
