You get this by taking the largest 5 digit number 999 and taking the square root of of it which is not perfect at 316.22618. Then using the rule that any number whose sum of it's numbers that is divisible by 9 is also divisible by 9, so counting back from 316.226, the first number divisible by 9 is 315.
